The home of Peggy and Don Wagstaff, the developer of The Village at Kellswater Bridge in Kannapolis, will be open for public tours starting Nov. 7. Hosted by the Community Free Clinic, this year's Holiday House fundraiser will include seasonal cooking and decorating demonstrations and a boutique.
